About Me
Hi there, I'm Mikayla Spear! I am an eager student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Business Analytics at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. With a natural curiosity for understanding what drives people, I thrive on pairing complex challenges with innovative solutions.
At my core, I am a problem-solver who excels at blending analytical precision with creative thinking. For example, I have experience analyzing consumer behavior research, tailoring ad campaigns that resonate deeply with target audiences. This ability to balance data-driven decision-making with imaginative solutions allows me to push the limits of every project I tackle.
Leadership is a significant part of who I am. As the current President of a student-run organization comprised of 200+ members, I cultivate a community of belonging and empowerment, implementing workshops to enhance the individual experience for all members. My natural inclination toward leadership stems from the values of empathy, effective communication, and the power of teamwork.
Mentorship is my hobby. Serving as a Teaching Assistant for two Kelley courses, I discovered a passion for helping others navigate their academic journeys. I regularly assist students in performing at their highest potential, highlighting my commitment to continuous learning and giving back.
Adaptability and innovation define my approach to challenges. I thrive in dynamic environments where staying ahead of trends and quickly adapting to changes are crucial. For instance, I have successfully managed projects that required swift adjustments in strategy due to shifting market conditions, ensuring that campaigns remained relevant and effective. The most important strategy I developed shows through my approach to balancing several projects at once with close attention to detail.
Thank you for visiting my portfolio. I am excited to connect with like-minded individuals and explore opportunities to make a positive impact in the world of consulting and beyond.
